Refund Policy

Refund Request Process:
To initiate a refund, please email us at hello@notnaut.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our team will review your request and inform you if it has been accepted.
Please note that returns and exchanges will incur a fee of Rs. 200 for a t-shirt and Rs. 350 for a hoodie, covering forward and reverse courier charges. This cost may vary depending on the quantity of products in the parcel.

Unboxing Video Requirement:
If you received the wrong or missing product, a proper unboxing video is required. The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened and the incorrect product inside. Without an unboxing video, we cannot resolve the issue further.

Size and Quality Issues:
If there is a size-related concern, please note that an additional delivery charge of ₹200 will apply for a T-shirt and ₹350 for a hoodie, covering forward and reverse logistics, which the customer will need to pay. Delivery charges may vary based on the weight and quantity if multiple items are in the parcel. A refund will be initiated once the product is received and quality checked, with the delivery charges deducted from the refund amount.
Please be aware that minor industrial variations of up to 1 inch in measurements may occur due to manufacturing processes. Additionally, slight variations in the weight of the product might occur, which could be attributed to differences in print size or product size.

Reverse Pickup:
Once your refund request is confirmed, our customer experience team will arrange a reverse pickup within 7 days of receiving the request.

Quality Check & Refund Timeline:
Upon receiving the returned product, it will undergo a thorough quality check. If approved, the refund will be processed within 6-7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that the shipping costs for the order will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Customized & Sale Products:
Please note that customized products and items purchased on sale cannot be replaced or refunded.

Right to Refuse Returns:
We reserve the right not to accept returns of products which:
(i) we believe are being returned after use, washed, or soiled, or
(ii) are damaged (except where the return is due to damaged goods having been delivered to you).
Not Naut may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
Exchange Policy

Exchange Request Process:
If you wish to exchange a product, please send us an email at hello@notnaut.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the desired replacement item.

Valid & Genuine Reasons:
Exchanges and returns will be initiated only if the reason for the exchange is valid and genuine. Our team thoroughly evaluates each request and has the right to decline returns or exchanges if the reason provided is found to be unconvincing or does not align with our policy.
To ensure transparency, we may request supporting evidence (e.g., videos or images) to verify the claim. This helps us maintain fairness and process only legitimate cases.

Packaging and Tags:
Ensure that the product is returned with the packaging and tags intact, exactly as it was delivered.

Reverse Pickup:
Our customer experience team will arrange a reverse pickup within 7 days of confirming your exchange request.

Quality Check:
The product will undergo a quality check upon return. If it meets our standards, the exchange will be processed, and the replacement item will be shipped.

Customized & Sale Products:
Customized products and items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges.
Confirmation/Cancellation Policy

COD Order Confirmation:
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, our customer service team will contact you to confirm your order before it is shipped.

COD Blacklist:
If a customer rejects a COD delivery, they will be blacklisted from placing future COD orders.

Order Cancellation:
Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reverted. A new order must be placed by the customer.
Orders that are in processing status cannot be canceled.

Order Changes:
If you need to make changes to your order before it has been shipped, please call us directly at 7087045555. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
